Return Policy:
- Articles supplied on hire should be returned before 10:00 a.m. the next day. Failure to do so will result in the rent for the second day being charged.
Loss or Damage Charges:
- In the event of any losses or damages found in the hired artic
- le/s, charges for the full replacement cost and rent for the next day will be charged.
Cancellation Policy:
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure your order details are accurate before confirming.
Cleaning Charges:
- Supplied utensils and crockeries must be returned neat and clean. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning charges.
Hire Duration:
- Articles are provided on hire for the mentioned day only and are not rented for 24 hours.
Ownership:
- All articles supplied by Brass Line Hirers are the property of M/s. BRASS LINE HIRERS. We reserve the right to demand the return of our property at any time.
Final Decision:
- Under any circumstances, the decision of Brass Line Hirers will be final and binding on the client.
